We build softwarethat gets the processout of the way.

Custom tools for physician groups, designed and built by a practicing physician who has been coding for twenty-five years. We simplify scheduling, credential renewals and the search for coverage. The work still gets done, with less time spent coordinating it and more time for patients.

Our systems run in live clinical environments today.

What we take on

These tools work without EMR integration.

Schedules and coverage
Call schedules built from the rules a group actually runs on. Physicians trade shifts themselves, and the software checks each trade against those rules before it goes through. When somebody calls out, it shows who is eligible to cover. It answers who is on right now.
Staying ready to work
Licenses, DEA registrations, board certification, privileging cycles and payer enrollment, each with its renewal date and a reminder before it arrives. A missed renewal can leave a physician unable to cover a scheduled shift.
Clinical tools
Rounding lists and sign-out, on-call search, and a record of the clinical activity a group actually performed. This is the area already running in live clinical environments.

Most of it is the coordination that ends up in spreadsheets and group texts. A tool that handles no patient data can be in use without waiting on an EMR connection, though hospital or practice approval may still be needed depending on what it does and where it runs.

A fuller account of the work, and the systems behind it, is on its way.

Who builds it

Behind the practice is one physician with ten years of clinical work, and a software career that started well before it: web applications and consulting for businesses outside healthcare.

So the clinical half of the conversation does not need explaining. Your group's particular rules still do, and that is what the first rounds are for.

No two groups run the same way, so what gets built is custom. What makes that practical is that it is rarely built from nothing. Components written for one group's coverage or renewal tracking become parts of the next one.

How the work happens

It starts with a paragraph. You describe what you are looking for in whatever words come out, and we turn that into a set of questions in the client portal: the details we need to understand before we start building.

You answer them whenever you have ten minutes, in as much detail as you want. If typing is the slow part, dictate it and let your phone do the typing.

Send links and screenshots as well. A tool you like, a page that does one thing well, something you dislike, even if you cannot explain why. Those become questions of their own, and working out what you like or dislike about them helps shape the design.

We work through the answers with you and build from them. You approve what comes back before the next round starts.

We meet as well. Once there is work to look at, we go through it together, so you are reacting to something real rather than describing it from a blank page.

Tell us about a process in your group that takes more time than it should. You do not need to know what the software should look like.
